It finally happened. Kitchen Aid stand mixers went on sale at Williams-Sonoma a few days before Christmas. When I say sale- it was a crazy deep discount. Think $100 off their normal price. The mixers on sale are discontinued colors. Colors, shmolors. It's the inside that matters, right? And more importantly, it is what those insides produce that really matters.

ReplyDeleteWhen I think of cooking I think of kitchens and when I think of kitchens I think of the Kitchen Aid mixer. I think of my grandma popping hers out of the cabinet on it's shelf made specifically for it in order to make one of her numerous gourmet meals, my mom pulling hers out to make delicious cakes, my sister using hers to make me fat and I think of my beautiful silver one that I can't wait to get back to using! It's amazing how they become apart of your family memories, one day EB will be making something delicious with your little frenchy for her kids!
